Sealed Bid: 1pm Thursday, January 10th, 2019 (bidder attendance welcome, luncheon at noon; central time).

Soil: Fine sandy loam with red clay underneath; elevation 200 feet – 230 feet. Current pine timber production; planted pine site index 75 feet in 25-years (planted pine yield 5-6 tons/acre/year; native pine yield 3-4 tons/acre/year).

Overview: 60-acres, gentle rolling with good private dirt road access:

stand #1: 10-acres in 14-year old planted loblolly pine, 5” avg dbh & 550 tpa >4.6”dbh, 34’ avg ht.

stand #2: 21-acres in 10-year old planted loblolly pine, 7” avg dbh & 533 tpa >4.6”dbh, 34’ avg ht.
