Introduction:
Never before have we faced a more uncertain economic
environment with record equity losses and gains,
echoing today’s informed decisions are tomorrow’s
returns. So we assembled in one conference national

comprehensive platform.

Studies and Chief Economist for Harvard University
presenting “What’s Ahead for the Residential Markets
for 2011 and 2012” followed by Tom Harris the
principal founder and researcher for Timber Mart
South presenting “Recovering Timber Markets”; Dr.
Harry Haney presenting “Taxation and Legislative
Uncertainties”, special guest Senator Blanche
Lincoln along with Dr. Harry Haney will hold a panel
discussion on "Legislature Uncertainties" and Teddy Reynolds presenting
“Holding Forest Managers Accountable with Financial
Returns”. Afternoon and evening activities include
an intensive pine plantation tour followed by
dinner, social and entertainment.
Friday's pre-conference tax workshop is conducted by Dr. Harry
Haney on timber income tax and estate planning.
Friday and Saturday night complimentary evening socials, dinner and
entertainment are arranged to maximum interaction
